Educated in Italy and US, Anilkumar Dave, started his career in late ‘90s as ICT Projects Manager between Italy and India. After moving to EC-funded R&D and Tech. Transf. (TT) projects, focusing Research and Industry, he took duty in 2005 as “SMEs Innovation and TT policies” officer at the Institute for Industrial Promotion (aka Ministry of Economic Development). He worked in sectors spamming from textile, logistics to FMCGs, and used to act as Strategy Advisor for Research organizations in pediatrics hemato-oncology and micro-nano fabrication. Mr Dave’s expertise in innovation and internationalization led him, in 2007, to design and lead the “Research, TT and International projects” Unit at T2i, the largest innovation agency in Italy, and to become in 2017 Head of the “Innovation and TT” Unit at the Italian Space Agency in charge of themes linked to New Space Economy like start-ups, incubators, risk finance, technology transfer, patents, IPR valorization.
